(Actually this doesn't really belong in the manga section, but I have no idea where else to put this :P ) This is more like a fan's diary - has timetables, personal calendars - complete with those stickers for marking down important events like race battles, dates etc. (BTW, the 'REVENGE' sticker has Keisuke's pic on it ^_-) Also in the book are sections where you can note down the latest tuning made to your car and the details of your drive (e.g. location, distance, fuel used, top speed etc.). Very brief notes on some of the drivers, their cars and some driving tips are included as well.
