and is doing nothing with it, but is still very happy with his present

Arg. Can't get any sleep again, so might as well blog.
My mother rang with her monthly lecture on how I should get 'a proper job' - "just try going into practice for a year or two, perhaps you might like it." When I told her that I wasn't interested she nagged and whined a bit, but since I just woke up and was half-asleep all through her phone call, she failed to make me feel guilty like she usually did.
I was, however, awake enough to register her long speech on how I should at the very least go back to school and do my Master's. Arrrkk, nooooooooooooo. The mere thought of being buried in all those textbooks, journals and reports again is enough to make me feel extremely ill. x_x
I know that she's already retired and has nothing much to do at home, but when I told her to get a hobby, I meant gardening, and not running other people's lives. @_@

Anyway... put the two new skins up - ES and Gravitation. Whee, now people will really think I'm a girl. :P Wingy, (I'll just call you Wingy since a lot of people call you that ^^) it's not my fault the nice, big scans suitable for skinning are mostly scans of guys. =_= Besides, it's the girls who poke me with requests, so...

And you - you can stop waving those images in front of me, I get the hint. Fine, fine, Ini-D and GB skins for you soon. (BTW, do you still want Flake for Xmas? ^_^;)
I really must finish buying Xmas gifts today. I must also get a winter layout ready for atw. I need to buy milk.
Nothing like getting up early to do all the stuff you thought you couldn't do today, since you had to go to work and then getting a call just before you leave the house telling you, "Oh dear, I've made a mistake, you don't have to come today after all. Cheers!"

Up next for skinning - Gravitation. And again, I still haven't seen this series... nothing new. :P I really ought to start making skins of female characters, or else I'd end up getting e-mails assuming I'm female, like with the old skin site. ~_~ And about those 'old' skins... well, it would take a while to get them back up again. Really long while.. Let's just say I do really stupid things when I move, okay? I can't exactly just pop back and retrieve the backups either, since they're on the other side of the planet. ^_^;;
Hmm, I actually made a skin out of that ES pic. Finished it yesterday, but can't decide whether to put it up or not. o_o It looks nice enough, I think - but the longer I stare at that semi-functioning equalizer, the more I feel like just deleting this skin.
